mood indulgence therapy

verbminxIn ana's comment area, I listed, a little while ago, 10 things that make me happy.
Being that I am in an abdominable mood, however, I currently feel like listing some things that are annoying, some (ok, many) of which are my own fault.
Without further ado:
1. Figure drawing is hard and scary and I'm blocked, because all I feel I'm good at is faces. I don't really have time to read the books I've bought that are supposed to help with the problem.
2. I bought this cute sweater on sale from Express right around Xmas, and it's pilling like crazy, because silly me didn't ponder for one second the fact that 100% acrylic isn't really worth even a low price because it pills like crazy. Silly me is also starting to digest the fact that she buys one crummy sweater on sale per year (last year was a black "washable" merino wool vneck on clearance from Delia*s that shrank like crazy even when washed in cold water and dried flat).
2b. Several shirts, none of which are any older than a few months, are falling apart. New black tee from Target, washed once and not even dried yet, has popped a side seam. Cute Fine tee from Snot Topic with alternagirl and her punky puppy is losing its hem. LS heathery grey Paul Frank "glamour is my occupation" tee is pilling like mad. etc. Note to self: higher-quality clothing, please.
3. My cat has disowned me, more or less.
4. I soooooo want to get this desk/computer situation straightened out, but I haven't had the energy.
5. I hate doing laundry. I hate the laundromat more. (have been solving this one by hanging clothes to dry, but then they have to be ironed, which I also hate.)
6. I only really had five things to complain about, when in a fretful complainy mood. ;)
