verbminxI have eardrops in my ears (meant to help with ear infections/irritation) and accompanying cotton, Vicks VapoRub on my chest and throat, Puffs Plus tissues, and Kiehl's lip balm on (which I may start putting around my poor nose). I wish I had eyedrops, since my eyes are itchy and achy. I had chicken soup with rice for lunch, and several cups of Gypsy Cold Care tea (which is minty). I didn't sleep well last night.
So far it isn't down in my chest, and I'm not as achy today as I was yesterday, and my temp seems to be a little lower. Cross your fingers for me! (However, my nose has been bleeding periodically today, so that's not good.)
I'm going to be behind on reading my friends page for a few days... I just don't feel up to spending any length of time in front of the computer right now.

Date: 2001-01-24 09:57 pm (UTC)this is a pic (tho taken from the Blythe book) of the Blythe doll I have - that is, not the same doll exactly, but the same style. I dress mine in Teen Skipper Fashion Avenue clothes, mostly. Everything is a little too long for her, but it works OK with shorts and dresses. I keep meaning to replace the pic with a self-portrait I've been working on, but it's not done yet, and anyway, I like my little Blythe icon!
The Kiehl's is working immeasurably well on my lips. My mom produced a jar of some scary salmon-colored salve that is actually a Mary Kay Extra-Moisturizing Night Cream (for faces!). She normally uses it on her cuticles, but we're trying it on my poor crackling nostrils tonight too. It's even thicker than the Kiehl's lip balm... heck, I think it's thicker than the Vapo-Rub I've been using! :)
