the lives of dead girls.

We are playing the lyric guessing game HERE. Join us! There are still plenty of unanswered questions, but they are getting harder....

I will probably do this again with all new lyrics sometime in the next few weeks.
This weekend I went with my mom to see Revenge of the Sith again; she hadn't seen it yet. She actually cried towards the end. I've been struck both times I've seen it by how inordinately visually beautiful Natalie Portman's last scene is (I'm talking about the one where she's in the blue dress and doesn't have any lines). That was Saturday.
On Sunday we mostly took it easy... Tom took me out for a low-key dinner at our favorite dive, and then we went to Target and Barnes and Noble to look for a few presents for people. Niecelet's birthday was last week, while I was sick. Also, a little 18-month-old boy we know BROKE HIS COLLARBONE at daycare recently, so we wanted to get something for him. His parents aren't going to sue the daycare, because his mom works there (not in the room in which he was injured). As far as I know the person who let him get hurt is either fired or on probation, not sure, and the company is paying all the kid's medical bills. The situation is complicated.
And Six Feet Under started again tonight. Man, Lisa's dead, and her appearance is only a mirror of Brenda's inner voice, but I STILL hate her. I don't really know what to make of this season yet, but it always takes a few episodes to settle in. I'm not sure whether this being the last season is good or not... we'll see.
Then T. and I got sucked in to watching a repeat of the pilot episode of Medium. So I guess tonight was ALL ABOUT DEAD PEOPLE.
