I think she has been keeping it friends-only, which is why I didn't say much, but I don't think she'd mind me saying this much: she's been in the hospital for the last week because she's pregnant and her water broke several months early, so the baby is going to be a preemie. She's going to have a c-section sooner or later but the docs want as much gestation time as possible, and she's on bed-rest in the interim, and obviously concerned about the outcome.

oh no, thats terrible. i hope everything turns out okay! the same thing happened to my aunt, with twins. she lost one of them, but the other survived & is perfectly happy & healthy now.

ill keep her in my thoughts.

awwwww. thank you. the friends only filter is to keep my stuff from my students but I definitely don't mind if you share. I need all the good thoughts I can get.
