pandora270 and patchwolf - happy birthday! (birthdays?)

Yesterday all my virtue (as referenced in my last post) did not pay off, as I was dragged out of the house around 7PM to go shopping. "This department store is having a major clearance! AND I opened a credit account, which I'll pay off as soon as I get the bill! So I get 10% off today! AND I have another coupon for 15% off!" Thus spake the momster. I really couldn't decide what to do: give her a hard time for opening a store charge account and buying stuff she didn't need, or show up and, um, partake in the bounty. Greed won.

So I got clearance pajamas, a couple of clearance storage boxes, and some stuff from Origins - pomegranate body scrub, a pore-clearing charcoal mask, a sleep-inducing pillow spray. I didn't sleep well last night, so I'm giving the pillow spray through Sunday to work. If I continue Not Sleeping Well until then, back it goes.

I paid for all of this in that I'd really nested in for the evening, and I think going out was a mistake... soooooooo tired by the time I got home, sleepy and achy and thirsty. I didn't realize that it was around 15 degrees while I was out. It's still around 15 degrees. I've been up for a couple of hours, but I haven't gotten out of bed... now I think I'm going to go make some nice hot tea and eat, um, froot loops ("froot loops" and "virtuous" probably do not belong in the same post together). Going to the library later, and unloading at least some stuff from the van.
