it's almost 1AM (the computer clock is about 20 minutes fast), and my mother is in the kitchen grinding coffee as I'm settling in for the night.
The whole house is suffused with the sweet aroma of that velvety demon bean. This is so wrong. It's way off schedule. It's a morning smell and a coffeeplace smell, not a smell for people who are heading to bed! "That girl ain't riiiight!"
There were some really irritating teenage boys at the bookstore tonight. I'll try to remember to write about them tomorrow. I wanted to do terrible violent things to them, mostly involving either blunt objects and their heads, or large fluffy things and their mouths. I restrained myself from murder, but they are partially responsible for my current raging headache. Little creeps.
OK. It be sleepy time for Minxies. I have only managed to skim a bit of my friends list (will catch up tomorrow) and have noticed with great amusement that both Ragdoll and Kitty have changed their mind on my Christmas present at the last minute. What gives, guys? Last minute misgivings for various reasons. I'm sure I'll love whatever they send me, but it makes me terribly curious as to what their original plans were. ;)
