Hey, if you have access to it, the Alternative Rock station on MusicChoice (the digital cable / DSS radio channels that show artist info onscreen)... it's really pretty decent. I've been listening to it this afternoon/evening, and just in the last 20 minutes they've played Interpol, the Cure, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Clinic, and Stiffed. (I don't know much about the latter two bands, but I like the songs that are playing.) (Now it's Cave In, and I don't think the song is as good, but it's bearable.) It's like a decent college radio station.

I am having a really slacky day. I was sick last night, and today... I'm still not feeling great, but I no longer feel like I'm coming down with a bad cold. I was up really late and then slept late. Could have gone to the movies but elected to stay home and... do laundry!

Listen... since the other computer is down (will be back up in a few days) I can't get many replies to entries... if I answer them, it's because I found them manually by scrolling down the page. It's really hard to check the email box where I get replies if I don't have my own computer working. I also had to interrupt my PeopleAddingProject, cos it's really inconvenient to do on this computer and I don't have a lot of time on this one. So I added, a week ago, P-Z people and then never got to add anyone else. Sit tight.

Oh dear. the cable music channel started playing Bush. not one of their better songs, either.

Where is my dinner?

Did you know there are now Brak, Zorak, and Moltar action figures? I always feel guilty buying action figures because they are the most useless things. some are really cool little sculptures though. i don't think i will be able to resist my Mantis Husband and his plastic cohort.

in fact, if you know where to look, a great many of those space ghost figures are marked down to next to nothing. (suncoast video, for example, if you have one nearby. the ones here have them marked down 75%)

oooh, thanks. yeah, there's a suncoast at the local maul. i've been meaning to pop out there for an issue of NewType anyway.
