...to change the sheets on my bed (it's been almost 3 weeks; weekly is best!) and get my comforter into a cover. I got a cute cover, white with retro-mod cat illustrations on it, a few months ago, but it hasn't been cold enough to actually use it yet. But I hurt and joints are popcracking every time I move, so we'll see. As I responded to Pooka in the comments for my last entry, I have some great Muscle Soak cream that I'd forgotten about that will warm up my joints. I am wearing cream-colored flannel pants with "Classic" Winnie-the-Pooh and Friends on them - not the Disney version, though I got them at Disney World, the style that looks more like the original illustrations, and a cream-colored ribbed tank top that has "Bashful" embroidered across the front (you could also get Sleepy, Grumpy, Dopey, etc...)
We did watch Gladiator and my mother agreed with my opinion of it... when I first saw it in the theater, I thought it was a pretty movie, but that it drags and that, as I find typical in Ridley Scott films, I didn't really care about the main character, though I found some of the secondary characters likeable. On the TV screen - even with a home theater sound system hooked up to it (legacy of my late stepfather's obsession with watching Gilligan's Island and Hawaii Five-O reruns when Nascar races weren't on) - it wasn't nearly as gorgeous and visually impressive a film as it had been on the big screen, which is a shame.
The B-cat is in my face. I am going to finish making this bed, have a snack, take all my pills, and brush my teeth. Then I will probably read til I fall asleep.
