I have successfully and single-handedly calmed down a puppy!!
Walk, breakfast, hugs. She's all happy now, chewing on her Kong.
and I am proud of myself. *preen*
(yeah, you THINK it's no great accomplishment until you hear how The Wenzel barks and barks and barks when she's freaking out about something... highfives to
unquietmind, for calling this one over a week ago.)
also, jasmine green tea is great. i am drinking this foojoy brand tea from pearl river mart, a huge can for $3 (you know, the blue tin with the cranes?) - i've had it 18 months and I'm sure it was around for at least a few months before i bought it, so let's say it came off the tea bush like 2 years ago. the whole leaves rehydrate in the cup or strainer and unfurl like i've never seen in a tea from a western company, and smell good for hours after the tea is made. They look like they might be a few days old, at most, when they're dumped.

Date: 2002-11-13 06:25 am (UTC)I love that more restaurants are serving jasmine green tea. My goal this weekend is to get a wok and a tea pot and little cups. Tea always tastes better in those things.
