I spent today working on my Girl Scouts "Stress Less" badge... hee hee.

Except I haven't been a Girl Scout since 6th grade. I almost rejoined in 8th, because all my metalhead chick friends had formed a Cadette/Senior troop, and that almost seemed worth being in. Nothing ever came of it, though.

I actually just spent today in my pajamas, doing housework and reading and watching TV. Watched Charmed (a show I pretty much actively despise) on TNT, and had the following amusing exchange with the momster:

me: OK, anyone who didn't see THAT plot twist coming a mile away clearly has not watched enough bad tv.
momster: but the show isn't about that at all!
me: yeah, and what is it about?
momster: duh. staring at Cole.

also, we took a lot of I-zone pictures to demonstrate that the expired film still works. Something like three packs of cat and flower pictures! there ought to be a law. I pity the poor suckers who didn't buy the five packs of film from me for five bucks total when I mentioned it a few months back. they could have taken sixty small sticky pictures of their cat.

y'know, i almost became a girlscout when i was younger. *just* for the badges.
i'm a badge-a-holic. the idea of "earning little patches" appealed to me SO much. :)
