information overload

I just removed myself from at least 1/3 of the communities I belonged to. Mostly the ones that were super-low-traffic or that I never read. I feel like there's less mental clutter. I have to be in the 4 I run but beyond that, it's all gravy.

also: i feel really nauseous. help.
