I think I'm really crampy. :( When my cousins were here a month ago, helping me with stuff, they brought evil teenage hormones & I started early & seem to be continuing merrily on that trend.
More tomorrow on tonight. I liked 50 First Dates; it was funny and sweet. I got FLOWERS and CANDY and a HOMEMADE CARD (which is way cooler than many homemade cards, though no more or less sweet, because Boy has a degree in Illustration). I think he liked the sock dog, who arrived named Jack White for reasons which will be apparent when photos are posted, but who had been renamed Emo by the end of the evening. He did keep having the dog hump my leg, though, which I found a bit worrisome. "No!" I cried. "He's a stuffed animal! He's innocent! and anyway, I'm his mommy!"
Having dog problems today. She peed in her crate while I was sleeping, which I cleaned up when I got up & took care of her. Then I put in clean bedding, and she peed on that while I was gone (and I was gone a normal amount of time during which she doesn't usually lose control of her bladded). Now they are both in the washer on a sanitizing load, her crate floor is doused with Nature's Miracle spray to erase the pee smell, she's out wandering around, and the latest trauma is that she keeps wanting to go outside to pee and can't. (I mean, I take her out, she squats, nothing happens: this has been going on for an hour. I am encouraging her to drink lots of water, and if she doesn't go sometime in the next few hours, I guess I'll take her to the emergency vet's.
