Nov. 25th, 2001 02:57 amHad a fun evening with N and K. Went with K to Denny's afterwards for dessert & met two of her friends there, including Cute Navy Boy, who really is quite sweet and entertaining. He was disturbed by my fascination with Hello Kitty.
Now I'm home writing.
As far as my ongoing spendthrift adventures: the very last of the auctions I was bidding on just ended. Unhappily for me, because the dress I wanted went waaaaaaay above what I was prepared to pay for it. But that's OK, I probably shouldn't be spending the money. I also found out that the reason my other card was being declined when I thought I was like $100 under my limit is that another year of domain hosting was automatically charged to it and it went overlimit. Which is fine, really; I knew I'd have to renew sooner or later, and I'm glad nothing is wrong with my credit per se aside from that little surprise (IE, my acct isn't closed or anything - there wasn't any reason for it to be). Also, I got one of the two other dresses I bought over the past few weeks in the mail today. Although I'm not sure it's me, it is at least very pretty and should be easy to re-sell if I need to.
