ow, my foot!

My foot appears to be seriously screwed-up. I have it wrapped in an elastic bandage. It's not serious pain, it's more as if my leg were nauseous. It's an irritating little twitchy twingy ache. I must have strained it sometime the other night while I was moving all that furniture and computer equipment. At least it's not my right foot again... if I injure that another time in one year it'll probably just fall off. I sprained it in early September and again in early April, by taking spills. My left foot, now... it feels OK if I lie in bed and press the sole to my right knee. The bandage helps too. I wish I had more bandage, though. I'll probably go out and get another later.

I've been looking for winamp skins, and reading. Set Acidwarp to run and let dreampop run under it; they go together well. Murakami and the Lifetime Reading Plan. I just passed Blake in the latter... I saw a Blake exhibit a few months ago, a large one. I went in with eyes rolling and came out with them wide. I don't agree with his philosophy but I think the world could possibly use more people like him, crazy and harmless and kind.

Oh yes... it would appear that Song of the Week will download properly, but Windows Media Player doesn't like it. Winamp does. FWIW.
