verbminxI had cocoa. it was terrible. not undrinkable, but definitely unfinishable. Yuck. Cocoa is best when it's made from scratch with that little bit of salt in it. Dumping a mix into a cup of hot milk doesn't do the trick. Godiva's cocoa mix is pretty good, though. I was drinking Hershey's Goodnight Kisses cocoa, which should say it all.
V sent me this incredibly disturbing postcard called Bunny With Head Wound. It's a citrus green background with a white bunny on it (the bunny looks like it might have been made from a men's sock, and is wearing a little red shirt with yellow spots on it). There is a spot of bright red (which looks like it may or may not be anchored by a small hole) right where the bunny's temple would be, and red smudges below it and above it on the ears. It's cute but kinda creepy and depressing.
The Blair Witch sequel looks, if possible, even lamer than the first one.
I am very not-happy because three of my items from the healthfood store were past the sellby date when I bought them, two of them by 5-6 months. I know I share part of the blame for not checking them, but come on! I shouldn't have to check every little item. :( that's a problem with the store management not keeping track of things and keeping the shelves in order.
I just went and scrubbed the floor of my mother's shower with Soft Scrub Bleach Liquigel and a heavy-duty sponge... and my feet! The shower is a little room, not just a stall... it's about 4'x6', maybe even bigger. It was well past time for a cleaning, too. Yuck! If I get really ambitious later, I'll finish cleaning out my own bathroom.
