big whining and more bloo-ness

verbminxNot the greatest evening. Got stuck watching Survivor. Never made my planned dinner, and instead ate it in parts over hours, and never made chicken (went for grilled cheese sandwiches instead). Mom snapped at the drop of a hat tonight. I cheerily and proudly commented that I'd been doing most of the cooking lately and she jumped down my throat and went into a martyr routine. Duh, it had nothing to do with her.
Our big lump sum of insurance money is running low, mainly because we've paid off almost everything we owed. This is kind of depressing. There is possibility in a large sum of money (say, $75K) which does not exist in a more finite sum. But at least so much money won't be going out every month, or being swallowed up in credit card interest payments.
Aside from that, I have a headache, my knees hurt for some reason, and I'm all sinussy. I'm going to crawl into bed and sleep for a week. Maybe two weeks.
For interested parties, I nabbed a few more Blue Monday mini-strips... I especially like the Valentine's Day Part II strip! These are all by Chynna Clugston-Major and came from the Oni Press site's "Web Exclusives" area. Enjoy!
