Did you rightclick and save? I don't think that will work; it only gets the top layer, probably. I saved these with the little save icon below the doll itself. (i think it looks like a tiny disc. there are two other icons. one is to split layers and the other is to email. should be fairly obvious which is which.) the little disc icon lets you save a .png to your computer.
the other thing you can do, which is what i've done in the past, is to take a screenshot with CTRL+PRINTSCREEN (which you probably already know), paste it into photoshop, and crop it so it's only the picture.
