I know what you mean about the fashion anxiety! i have had the same problem since i moved back to michigan. i grew up here, so you'd think i would remember, but after 5 years in L.A. of only having to worry about "looking cute" and not "keeping warm"-- well it has apparently retarded my judgement.
i almost never feel sassy in the winter, i think i end up looking like a big-puffy-over-bundled bear.
