Honestly, I wouldn't bother with mail filters like that. Try looking for an anti-spam filter piece of software, but one that will allow you to check for false positives.
If I had a spam problem, I would probably use something like SpamTrap (http://www.spamtrap.net.au). This is an Australian company, but you might be able to find an American counterpart somewhere.
