verbminxI wrote a big long entry out a little bit ago and my browser ate it.
I've had a long day - took Arwen Isobel to the knitting store and to Petsmart.
Arwen is very spoiled and has 8905213 toys.
She is also very nervous and timid and generally pathetically endearing on car rides. cutest! puppy! ever!
Tomorrow I'll write in here - this is a note to myself - about her new carrier and sweater, and how she now has a flock of Fluffies, and how she did on the trip, and so on.
at the knitting store I got some needles, the Clover threadcutter pendant thingiebob, a bunch of sale yarn (Sirdar dk weight stuff) for the "World of Knitted Toys" monkeys I've been wanting to make, some Wildfoote sock yarn (a blue/purpley blend for me and a red/black blend called "grenadine" for the momster). & at Ross I got a pair of jeans for under $20 - stretchy dark denim Polo Jeans things that fit pretty well - and a fuzzy silky purple funnel-neck sweater. I also tried on a bunch of sweaters to see how the styles would look, so that I know what I do and do not want to knit for myself in the future. I was surprised by the results.
