verbminxhelp me... I am watching Dawson's Creek... I have sunk so low...
I think I averaged a stunning six hours of sleep. But I'm awake. I might take something to sleep later tonight because I have to be awake for Thanksgiving dinner. We have reservations at a swank restaurant which isn't too far away, but which we've never been to. Will possibly go see a movie after that, but I'm not sure which one. Last year it was Sleepy Hollow. For the second time.
I am wearing my penguin pajamas - flannel pants and a knit tanktop. I think I need to make some decaf and put on something with sleeves. The B-cat is giving me long longing looks with his big whiskers at full attention and his large round liquid eyes, a little slanted, staring soulfully into mine. That darned cat!
Spent most of the rest of the time before I went to sleep yesterday reading about Genji because I finally finished the "Evening Faces" chapter and I wasn't sure on whether or not his girl in that chapter was also the mother of To no Chujo's child. I found tons of material and ended up staying online until my eyes were having trouble focusing - then I was finally able to sleep. I also managed to take care of a few silly things around the house, like lightbulbs that needed changing and so on.
