Sell pulp-type stuff that you aren't going to read again, or anything you've had for at least 3 years without reading. I've sold a lot of that kind of thing (usually SF that looked cool in theory but was unreadable in practice), and I don't usually miss it. However, DON'T sell anything by favorite authors, or anything you're remotely attached to.
