In my last post I explained the annoying parking situation in my apartment building in tiresome detail. I also mentioned that the 3rd unit, of 4, is empty and that the neighbors have been using its parking space and its garage.
Wellllll, since they have also started using my parking space, and we're pretty ticked about it, we were going to call the building manager (who is the owner's adult daughter). No need. She called Saturday morning to ask if we were the ones parking in the 3rd unit's spot.
Because it's been rented.
To a friend of the rental agent.
Unit2 Neighbors? SO BUSTED.
We explained the stuff they've been pulling vis a vis parking.
The manager told us that she'll be sending out a letter next week that sounds generalized, and will go to everyone, but which is actually just directed at the Unit 2 people.
