Feb. 25th, 2004 02:14 pmIt's true, it's true, I am a crampy bloated mess, and I am going to get my hair done today, and that is my life.
also - if I was talking with you on AIM last night and mysteriously disappeared, that would be because my computer overheated, as it occasionally does, and shut itself down. This happens because I keep setting it on my bed like an idiot. All the vents get covered by the comforter and it overheats and shuts down and is fine a little while later.
Yesterday I sat around the house for a while and then, in the evening, went to T's to sit and read and make him draw (he has to do a page every day or so for his Oni book, or else he really won't finish it in time). We listened to music and got stuff done. It was a good evening. I like that we have structured "dates", but we need to do stuff as a couple where we just sit around together each doing our own thing. Before we bunkered down at the apartment, we went out to get the Mark Ryden Blood book, but the place that's selling it was closed. Stopped at Cosi for a sandwich for me and coffee for him. Lately I have a craving for their stupid baguette sandwiches, even though I don't like the place that much overall. I keep ordering the Cosi Club sandwich with carrot sticks (which they thankfully offer as an option instead of chips). I am going to make a t-shirt with iron-on letters, and it's going to say, "DISTRACTION." He's going to make a "PUNK ROCK KNITTING CIRCLE" official booster tee. Basically we're sickening.
