it's a toss-up. time for gingerbread?
Dec. 21st, 2003 04:36 amI'm so tired that I can barely keep my eyes open... but I'm also hungry! Ow, the painful confusion!
Today I had every intention of staying home and helping to put up the xmas tree.
Then I found out that my mother basically never went to sleep last night (for longer than 30 minutes or so) and was in no condition to be doing anything.
So I sat around the house for a long time and then went out Xmas shopping really late... after 10PM.
I went to Borders Books & Music. They were open until midnight. I bought books, and music, and a handful of other things that one could enjoy in combination with books and/or music.
Now all my shopping is nearly done. I just need to pick up something for my dad. I have some time to do this, I won't see him for a little while yet. His computer is about 2 years old, so I am thinking that I might pick up the Baldur's Gate 2 double-pack for him; his computer should run it well, and it's supposed to be a good game.
I came home, wrote email explaining to Rob why I couldn't go out this weekend and why Monday is right out too, unzipped and organized some fonts (because I've become sick of not having any interesting ones on this computer, and I got busy on DaFont last night).
