feline observations
Nov. 30th, 2003 08:04 amstill sick.
now with added (splitting) headache.
sharing my bed with two cats. they take turns sitting on my heating pad, which sits on the "passenger side" when i'm not using it. usually n-cat is there, but at the moment it's b-cat, and n-cat is curled up hard against my arm, between me and b-cat. occasionally one of them audibly snores, which almost sounds like a growl. or they curl in on themselves and talk in their sleep, little low moans, and cover their eyes with their paws.
of course, they think it's a special treat when i turn the heating pad on. i put it on the lowest setting. this is like applying glue to it, as far as they're concerned. extra cuddly goodness.
b-cat just stood up, turned around, yawned, and curled up in a different position. now he is staring at me through slitted green eyes. he has his tail wound up so that he can perch his chin on it. i wonder how he isn't sneezing, since some hair at the end of his tail appears to be going up his nose.
and i think, buddy, i know how you feel.
