the arrival
Oct. 7th, 2003 01:24 amI am safely ensconced in my Ohio hotel.
My dog and I are not speaking to each other, primarily because she has been "speaking" to me with her teeth a little too frequently in the past six hours or so. Enough that I finally got exasperated with her (after being bitten for the umpth time for no reason) and switched pets with the momster for about the last hour of the trip. the cats were MUCH nicer.
I'm too tired to write much now, I was on the road for 10 hours today. Will write more some other time. At the moment I'm going to crrrrrrash.
Most funnest part of driving through Appalachia: it's like being on Space Mountain for eight hours. You do eventually start getting carsick and dizzy, though.
