Jan. 16th, 2003 12:57 amI have a major headache. I'm going to bed in a few minutes.
Went out and did biz today, for a couple of hours... returned the Sack Dress to Target and got one with a v-neck and collar, having learned my lesson. Went to bookstore and returned the cool stationery box I bought that didn't fit into any of my desk's compartments, as well as a knitting book that my mom bought me (great book, just don't need it right now). Picked up a couple of magazines and a novel I've wanted to read, Ex-Libris by Ross King. Also, the library called me and said they wanted their job back. Haw! not really. but I should go there more often. I did get weirdo postcards for all the people to whom I still owe holiday cards. Since holiday cards are now out of season.

arwen_isobel not to bite so much... but she's under 6 months old, so there's only so much that can be done about the biting. I got this "Tootsie Roll" lip balm for a few people at Xmas, and a cherry tube for myself - they are like little bricks of lip balm in really interesting chunky rectangular block tubes, cherry or chocolate or whatever flavored. well, The Wenzel finds them utterly irresistible. If you want lots of slobbery puppy kisses on your mouth, that's the lip balm of choice. She's also quite enamoured of this Freeman Bare Foot lotion that I have, Iced Teaberry and Mint, I think - every time I put it on my feet she tries to lick me to pieces. She'll try to get the lotion out of my hands while I'm applying it, and then once it's on she wants to lick and lick and lick my feet.
Getting into bed and finishing Sabriel... that's the remainder of my plan for today.
oh, still a deluge of new friend-ofs whose journals i need to check out. hi people!
