pfffffzzzz....
Oct. 4th, 2002 02:27 amOff to bed in a minute... I am soooo not keeping up with The Internet lately.
Today was full, mostly errands. The washing machine is fixed. The momster is apologetic and behaving. I was apologetic for blowing my top, but not for the sentiments expressed therein.
( running errands, playing Decorator, watching tv, and knitting almost a whole hat. )
Found that I ran out of yarn for the hat in the last THREE ROWS - this is Rowan's fault, I was making the "mini" hat out of "Biggy Print" yarn in the Splash colourway - anyway, I had made it in the largest size, so I pulled it out and am going to make it a bit smaller and hopefully it will be OK. It'll take me maybe 4 hours. it's a fast-knitting hat, only about 15 rounds or so on circular needles. But if I ever go to make another one, I'll do it with two balls of yarn instead of one. Or I'll make two hats at once, with three balls of yarn, and the middle ball can be shared for something like tassels or pompoms.
Anyway, I had a good day.
