two funny things

1. Go see pipu's site, Lentil Village. Check out the gallery, especially. The Otama House & Adventures and the knitted clothing for fruit are not to be missed! So charming. (link opens in new window, of course, because I love you all.)

2. I have my bed behind me covered with stuff... notebooks, magazines, papers, cds, etc. all of it pretty much in use. I heard a sound that made me think someone was going through it (unlikely, since I'm in the house alone). But nooooooo. B-cat had decided he was going to sit there, and was very daintily trying to rearrange things to make space for himself. It was really cute, seeing a cat trying to move things around with his paw. I had put stuff in the empty spot he was sitting in yesterday, and he was like, "I just want to sit down...!"

hey! morrissey looked MUCH better on kilborn tonight. i told you that a button-down shirt would do the trick! i'd still like to attack him with eyebrow wax and hair styling supplies, but the outfit represented a 100% improvement.

blind naked mole rat envy

i have an awful headache. I don't know if it's something I ate or didn't eat or that my hair is up too tightly or that my back is out of alignment (which it IS, horribly) or what. But it hurts. i went to the grocery store earlier and felt like I was going to vomit by the time I left.

Speaking of vomit, I must go call the vet. I don't think N-cat is doing well. He's been throwing up lately (what I thought was "coughing" was actually retching), and while he's still eating and drinking water and so on, I'm concerned about him. Especially if he can't keep his heart meds down.

(chad and i have some of the same friends, so it's kind of a joint-friends-list commentary! and super-funny. apparently we all want to be john peel. or think we are. or something.)

oh, yeah. i still haven't had the chance to check out all the new people who added me. i will soon. i might also drop a few people... not out of anything personal, i like everyone on my friends list, but a few people whose entries are pretty oblique & who i don't communicate with much... and i am having a hard time keeping up with the number of people. i hate to do it though because you all seem so lovely.
