(no subject)

The momster was all nice when I woke up. So I guess I won't avenge myself after all. & my Kava Kava worked like a charm - I slept really well. (Of course, now my sleep schedule is screwed up again, for the nth time. That's something I'll spend the next few days tackling.) We had popcorn and low-test cocoa and watched Sleepy Hollow 'cause I had never watched my DVD and 'cause it's That Time of Year.

I'm just... waiting for restaurants and grocery stores and post offices to open. Cleaning house, in literal and metaphorical ways. Studying the mechanics of pop-up books (yes, for school).

Have to call N. tomorrow - she says there is a fun party on for this weekend, and I want details.

This is one of my assignments for figure drawing class, the anatomical thing I was talking about. It's taken from a photo of Myron's Discus Thrower. I got an extension on the assignment because of having the flu. I've been done with this realistic rendering for several days, and this weekend I need to do the skeleton (to the left) and the muscles (to the right).

Also, I just ordered the Utena movie DVD from Amazon. Yay me. Hopefully they will still have some of the Limited Ed; Central Park Media's own store has sold out of it. Must sell things on ebay. Debt is bad.
