verbminxI slept all night, & woke up with a normal temp... yay! Then I started getting ready to leave, because my mom needed to go to the bank & needed a "support person", and my temp shot right back up within about 30 minutes or so. Boo, hiss!
Went to the bank anyway, but the lobby was closed... we went through the line and got some investment information. Looked around at two different craft stores for yarn for this throw I want to make for my grandmother. Came home & used my ear treatment oil & watched Felicity & am now just relaxing.
I feel somewhat lousy but I think I'll be OK... that is, I don't expect this to turn into the three-month full-blown eighteen-hours-of-sleep-daily nightmare that my last ear infection was.
Aggravated with my mom because she is leaving me to pay off my entire credit card bill, some of which I only incurred because she said she'd pay for it. Even that would not be so aggravating if she had not called me out on the carpet and made me tell her what my balance was, on the premise (trumpeted by her for several weeks) that she was going to pay it all off, which I never asked her to do. Argh, it's just aggravating. Either it's my business and I don't have to answer to anyone or be made to feel small about it, or I keep my part of the bargain and admit to my balance and she does her part. It's not fair to use the carrot of paying all or part of it as incentive to allow her to humiliate me. I don't expect her to pay it (except the part that she said she'd pay before I charged it), but the flip side of that is that it's my private business.
Mountain Dew Code Red sucks. It's supposed to be cherry flavored, but it tastes more like regular Mountain Dew than anything cherry-like. I'm just saying. (I wanted to try it while I can still drink soda... which is something like the next day or two. I tried it. Bleh.)
