(no subject)

I did some schoolwork today, picked things up at the drugstore (PerOxyl & denture cleanser for the labret; some vapor patches in cherry scent because I used all mine last week; blah blah blah). Was supposed to go to the library, but instead went to try to help mom find clothes. She refuses to let them be found, however, so it was for naught. Since I skipped the library I had to pick up a book, Robert Beverly Hale's Master Class in Figure Drawing, which has in it virtually anything I would go to the library to find in relation to my drawing class. It's so good, I don't know why we have that lame Marvel Comics book as our secondary recommended text. Ptooie!

I am very achy, especially in my head and neck, and my arm joints and the joints of my legs to my hips, and didn't get enough to eat today, via circumstance, and am pouty that my planned faboo dinner did not happen tonight. Oh well, hopefully tomorrow.

I'm going to bed... I'm going to sit in bed and read until I fall asleep.
Which will come soon, I think.

Just a silly question: What are vapor patches?

PS: I simply adore the phrase "for naught".

Hmmm... well, you know VapoRub? The menthol ointment in the jar that you're supposed to use when you are congested, but that a lot of ravers use too?

Vapor patches are these weird little stick-on patches impregnated with the ointment. They're really strongly effective and the outer surface isn't sticky at all... basically, it's the same effect without the mess. The other reason I like them is that they come in cherry, which is kind of like the smell of a cherry coughdrop.
