thanks *hugs* - so far it's a head cold, maybe a sinus infection... just a stuffy head and nasty throat and stop-n-start nose and itchy ears and achy bod. i'm hoping it clears up and doesn't go down into my chest! :)

i ate... tomato soup with garlic, and cheddar rice crackers, and herbal tea with juice, and lots of apple cider with cinnamon... and Emergen-C drink mix, and a broc/cheddar baked potato from Wendy's... tomorrow I think I will do chicken soup, orange juice, and tea!
