when in doubt, nap.
weeeeee got the house!
we're moving in sometime between now and tuesday. it's cheaper to keep the hotel room until tuesday than to move out before then, because we get a big discount for staying three weeks, a couple hundred dollars. since the earliest we'd move out anyway is sunday or monday, we actually save like $150 by spending an extra night.
I slept a lot today. Put on some MP3s and completely zoned out, when I should have been getting ready. I blame Mirah and Future Sound of London. Uncle Spanky came by between Lexington KY (where he lives) and Cleveland (where the relatives live), so I hung out with him briefly, showed him the VAIO. arwen_isobel finally had a bath today; she was taken to the grooming salon at Petsmart. She smelled really bad after not being bathed for almost four weeks, but now she's smelling good and looking pretty, and I'm very impressed that she behaved herself for the groomer.
I'm gonna play AOE for a while, then I'm going to sleep. Again. Rock.
Tomorrow I need to get:
- a vacuum cleaner
- a library card
- a house key
