(no subject)

I am throwing in the towel and going to sleep at a decent time tonight. Because I'm exhausted and I have little grey chips of clay under my fingernails and every time I yawn my eyes close.

I finally found the notebooks where I'd written the novella I want to rework in my writing class. Oooh ouch. It needs a lot of help. I have another novella but, unlike this one, it isn't going anywhere and I don't feel as inspired to work on it. Maybe I'll bring in a chapter of each and decide which to spend time with based on the reactions. But I'm not doing any of it tonight. A cup of Tangerine Orange Zinger calls my name, and the pillows echo.

I got mail today which was depressing even though it should not have been. More on that when I feel like writing it.

*huggles* I'm mailing out your very late birthday pressie sometime this weekend. Well, Daddykins is. I wrapped it up etc. today and he'll go to the Post Awful for me over the weekend. Hopefully that will make you feel a leetle better!

Erm, I don't think Fun is quite the word for it but I'm hoping I will at least get Good Drugs while I'm there. I suspect (as with my teef), it'll be much much worse once I'm home and all the anasthesia has worn off. Healing is actually much more painful than the actual procedures in my experience.
