It does. Just because some people were behaving stupidly doesn't mean all of those people were. It's just a sad state of affairs that everyone is being seen as a potential enemy now. :-(
the "hopefully" part is that, you know, that could be two women anywhere who are upset. it's a canadian site though. probably slightly less prone to US media manipulation. anyway, i'm glad it's up and hope that it will be posted lots and lots of places, to balance the small handful of people who cheered in the streets (unfortunately, we have no idea what they were ACTUALLY reacting to... how much information they were given, etc).
Exactly. There is so much propaganda being thrown around on so many sides that I don't want to react to any of it unless it's something positive (i.e. people showing sympathy and support). I don't care if these were the only two women there who were upset -- I'd rather see that then hoardes of people behaving like assholes, no matter who they are.
