I don't know if all girlies are that bad but since you didn't know me then (20 years hence which is what I've been thinking about so much lately), I certainly was. I had a nervous breakdown over the boy 2 years later because I was so sure it was Happily Ever After. The saddest thing is quite a number of our peers who connected at the same time did stay together and are still together now.
