Re: Luna Bars

I use them to help regulate my blood sugar. Not as a meal but as a snack. I just had the clif bars this weekend cuz the grocery store didn't have any other flavours of Luna bars besides Lemon zest (good) or Trailmix/Nutz n Cranberries (not so good)
