auuuugggggh!!!
I cannot sleep!
I am wound tighter than a... a... a thing that is wound very tightly!
Damn it... I don't want to have to actually get a benzo prescription to sleep. But I'm having such a problem getting there. I snuggle under the blankets and my body feels tense and I can't keep my eyes closed. Even though I am really tired. I'm also achy (head and body and ears), but I don't know if that is independent or based partly in my inability to relax.
