Nooooooo. It's eating wheat and sugar and having massive candidiasis and other health issues. I just use the HP to clean any crusting or scabs. If it's really bad I carefully brush in neosporin or hydrocortisone, but I try to do that sparingly. All of this involves sticking cotton swabs in my ears and I occasionally worry for my hearing, but I'm very careful about how far they go in.
