sherry, sherry, oh how you abuse me. sherry, i am not a human pretzel. and my balance really isn't that good. i'm dripping sweat and the mat is getting slippery. namaste. ow.

and then i went and bought green tea from the gourmet market. it looks like they don't sell the Yamamotoyama Jasmine Green Tea that I like. so I got Republic of Tea in Spring Cherry flavor.

and now i'm home. and too beat from yogurt class to go swimming like i wanted to. it's really really hot outside. there are things i need to do, but i'm going to hold off until tomorrow, and enjoy a day at home.

I didn't think about that. I guess roasting it would kill off the goodness in the tea. If it wasn't so hot I would go make a cup of jasmine green tea.
