OK, everyone... I just sent out a virus warning to everyone who for some reason or another was in my address book. Definitely take it seriously, because I checked my hard drive and I did indeed have the virus. No idea how I got it (well, obviously from somebody, but it could have been anyone).

I slept all day and did not go out with N.; called to apologize, and it turned out that she pretty much hibernated as well.

Since I filled up my 10GB hard drive the other day, I have so far managed to free up almost 1.6GB of space by burning cds of mp3s (they load into WinAmp just as easily). Mostly music I'm still trying to decide if I like, otherwise some rare things. I have several games that I still don't have the space to load and run. I'm going to get either a larger hard disk one of these days (along with the dozen other expensive items I want and can't really afford), or give up my habit of collecting everything I come across on my disk (vintage images and pin-ups, nifty links, etc). Or both.

guh. i NEVER fall for these things. i'm always so good about finding the hoaxes. this one passed me by because, while rolling my eyes, i decided to be on the safe side to check if i was "infected"... and of course I was. =/

60GB drives are going for as little as 60 bucks, so shouldn't break the bank too badly and you'll have plenty of space for anything and everything you'll want to save. :)
