Oh, all our cats have been rescues... no one would say those animals don't deserve to be loved... it's just that the purchases cause demand thus encouraging irresponsible breeding and puppy mills etc. when what everyone SHOULD do is adopt from a shelter... there's plenty of animals out there in the world already. But Mrs. S had always wanted an IG, and there aren't usually too many of those in the shelters, so what are you gonna do...
