I only went to class for 1/2hr, because I was late and then it got out early. I survived. Whee. I missed a breathtaking explication of Kantian and Hegelian idealism. I feel so deprived. Table still looks like faux-birch formica to me. My mom drove me to class, which she usually doesn't, because usually she is still in bed when I leave and when I get back (that's 2 pm... depressed people are fun).
Right now she's upset because the cellphone company (CINGULAR) gave her phone number to someone else the other day and tried to get her to fix it herself ("well, you need to call the store where this other person upgraded their phone the other day..."). The cellphone hasn't worked in about three days. She just politely bit off someone's head over the phone ("no, YOU need to call them. This is CINGULAR'S mess and a customer service issue for you. I'll be home after 5PM and I expect a call telling me that my phone service is working again"). It was entertaining.
