aaaargh. head has gone supernova.

I have a chiropractor's appointment tomorrow afternoon. I have taken 2 Aleve and 2 Tylenol (which A)is safe to do, just not daily, and B)should wipe out anything that doesn't require narcotics). I am drinking coffee... albeit decaf. I know it's the caffeine that's supposed to help, but I didn't want to be up all night, and anyways, decaf doesn't mean "no caffeine", it means "less caffeine".

I have spent the day alternately stuffing my head under pillows and trying not to cry or throw up, and finishing the book I was reading, Come Together by Josie Lloyd and Emlyn Rees. It was a bit of fluff, but more substantial than the last bit of fluff that I read. I can already picture the movie being made, probably with Joseph Fiennes and, I don't know, probably some American actress who will fake the accent. But people who liked Sliding Doors or The Very Thought of You will probably like it. Romantic comedy from the chatty Bridget Jones / High Fidelity mold.

I really just want to sleep, but I'm going to watch Friends and Will & Grace instead, while nursing my coffee and pecking at crackers, and hoping my head doesn't explode.

*wince*

Sorry to hear about the pounding head... have you tried that Excedrin Migraine stuff yet? I was using it when I would get migraines and was impressed with how well it worked.

nope, haven't... I wonder if my mom has? she gets migraines much more often than I do. anyways, drinking coffee, taking the pills (we call it the "Aleve Cocktail"), and going to sleep really helped, and I am going to the chiropractor and massage therapist today to make sure it wasn't a pinched nerve or something. thanks!
