I have gone on a mad quest for garter belts tonight. I have seen just about every site on the web that sells Rigby and Peller garter belts and waspies, but they're all too expensive (I just can't afford to pay $60+ for such a thing). I really need at least one or two in pale pink (which plays "nude" nicely for me - I'm more pale pink than a beigey or mocha shade); could stand to have another black one, too. Come to think of it, nearly all of my clothes, at least dress clothes, are black. I have a vintage pale pink cocktail dress and an ankle-length blue silk wrap skirt. I can't think of much else that I have that isn't black on the bottom. I'm in the mood for a really swank pair of heels, too, but I know if I buy them, I won't wear them. (I never do.)

Watched Billy Elliot (see, I learned how to spelliot) - very predictable, but a nice little movie nonetheless due in no small part to the charm of the leading man.

I really liked Billy Elliot but then again I'm a sucker for indy Brit films about people out of work in the 1970s. ;-) And ballet is always a good thing. :-)
