(no subject)

I finally dragged myself out of my bed to do something (anything!) with the day.

Somehow there was a chain of thoughts which inspired me to put on one of my favorite albums of all time, Sinead O'Connor's I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got. It's strange, because aside from this album and about half the songs on The Lion and the Cobra, most of the rest of her music doesn't quite hit the spot for me. (Kinda like with Kate Bush and a few of her songs, with the exception that I don't have any whole album of Kate's that I worship.)

So anyways, what I have decided to do is list the cds that are sitting by the stereo and the cds that are in my little discgear carrier. That should represent what I've been listening to in the last six months. Maybe I'll put a little star by anything that I've listened to A LOT. I'll inevitably leave a few things out - there are things in the car, things in my room that I've listened to once in a while when cleaning, etc. This is in no particular order, either.

so those are most of the cds that I have been listening to in the past five or six months.

D, the larger of my mom's cats, who mostly keeps to himself, was sitting up against my back most of the time that I was typing this entry, but I had to get up to plug the phoneline in and type it. He's a sweetie when he's not being a supervillain.
